By using the Warrenpoint Web Design website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

Our Services

We provide website design, development, and related digital services for businesses. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes & Payment

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
• We typically require a 50% deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.
• Monthly support plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, you own the website we build for you — including the design and content we create. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licence terms.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing content, images, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensuring any content you provide doesn't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property.
• Reviewing and approving work at agreed milestones.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to deliver quality work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., search rankings, traffic, revenue). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

Website Usage

The content on this website is for general information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but don't guarantee its completeness. Pricing and service details may change without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
